wow, y’all’s ratings are pretty high. i know people are taking into account the events of this one as opposed to the first ep; but honestly, to me personally, i didn’t really like it first watch. i think on this rewatch with y’all, having a group can make it more digestible. but when you can really sit with the dialogue, pauses, music, etc . . it’s just not good. idk. labyrinth’s music missing is felt — amongst other things. i kind of see why zendaya and jacob elordi distanced themselves from this season. the writing direction is just off to me, but i feel compelled to finish because i want to judge it in its entirety. i feel like i can see where it’s headed, though. and idk if i like it. hopefully i do.
