aang is also a master of airbending and was trained by gyatsu or however it's stated. Yall might of forgot since it's been a long time but you can't get those tattoos unless you become an airbending master which aang did at the age of 12.

As a casual fan , this movie was peak. As someone who's rewatched ATLA multiple times, they couldve did a bit of a better job with the GAANG's characterization (Sokka in particular was a little too comedic, Toph 'greatest earthbender in the world' was kinda overdone, Katara was just Aangs girlfriend , Zuko was just hot guy). I just felt they couldve leaned more into their depth (Zuko's guilt over his role in the war, Katara and Sokka's tribe being killed, Toph being an modern earthbender compared to the ones in Taga's past) in relation to Aang and Taga's storyline. Overall though, I loved this and the ending was beautiful.

Yeah. Zuko went up to his dad and says where’s my mom. that was a really big cliffhanger. we never really got an answer for that. Also, they could’ve continued the series beyond that cause I personally wanted to see them grow up instead of just jumping to Legend of Korra.

I’m so pissed that this didn’t come out in theaters. This was phenomenally done. I would have definitely went and seen this more than once. This was my second watch but it’s been 2 months since I seen it and I clearly missed some parts because I did not see how he clapped the team 🤣🤣 My boy was out there throwing Rasendans. I actually like that they didnt show katara being pregnant at the end because the whole movie payoff was that he didnt need to repopulate the world with airbenders to pass on and revive the air nomad culture.
