There was a season 2 annoucement! Though we don't really know when it will come out 😅 I'm really looking forward to your reaction to it! Honestly, as a manga reader, I found that it only kept getting better and better. I've never noticed the Kana-Ai paralel that you pointed out! Regarding the relationship stuff, even though Kana is my "favorite" in this regard, I can honestly see Aqua pairing up with anyone from a story perspective, even not pairing up with anyone at all. I think the most popular fan ship is with Ruby 😅🤣 I guess one thing to keep in mind is that the primary focus of this series isn't the romance side. To be honest, Mem-cho is my personal favorite character; it hurts hearing that you don't care about her 🤣 (joking). I like her mostly because she can provide a lot of levity and a fresh perspective in some darker situations without seeming out of place. I do find Kana to be the most relatable, though, and definitely my #2!

Oh, cool! I'll have to keep an eye out for that! yeah, sure. Aqua could definitely end up with anyone. But I'll be a Kana fan forever haha Honestly I don't think I would even mind them not ending up together, if Kana somehow gets a good conclusion to her story apart from him. Oh! I'm sorry to hear that. I don't know if I can promise to feel more for Mem-cho, but I'll at least try to pay more attention to her in season 2:)
