Yeah, that boy Tobirama is an innovator. It does make a lot of sense that the Flying Raijin was developed as a Sharingan counter because it works so fast that it nullifies the Sharingan advantage.

Heats right, its odd they don't have their mangekyou whe he mentions that. It's also strange Madara just unlocked his sharingan when he did. Sasuke got his from fighting Haku but Madara was already catching bodies at this point in the flash back. I assume Kishimoto just didnt want to have the early flashback fights to be huge and epic with Mangekyou abilities but to build up to them. Also side note but idk if anyone knows — You need both mangekyou to use susano right? I guessing thats why Obito never uses it.
