The ultimate twist. You foresaw this at the beginning of the arc. You mentioned Ginjo was not trustworthy and seemed like he was lying and hiding stuff. You mentioned the 2nd substitute soul reaper badge shown at the stolen bag in the beginning. They trick you by showing scenes where Xcution talks by themselves as if Tsukishima is a threat and evil, but it's because Ginjo is in Paid Actor mode due to Tsukishima's ability. Kubo never told us what Tsukishima wants because Tsukishima isn't even the guy in charge here he's just Ginjo's Ishida. Everything Xcution has said and done has been an elaborate scam to get Ichigo where he is right now for Ginjo while Ginjo is under a genny the entire time.

I didn't want to spoil because they hadn't uploaded the other episodes yet but now that they have. All of Xcution was in it from the start, they were just acting. Tsukishima pretended to slash Riruka back in that moment that's why they don't really show it. Ginjo was put in a genny voluntarily because he was the main contact for Ichigo and they were worried about his acting skills. If you go back to the conversation Riruka had with Orihime and her talking about her dead family, it really brings it into another light because you can see Riruka's face wince as she starts to have regrets about being involved in this after seeing how nice Orihime is despite going through more hardship than her. Giriko and Yukio are already bastards so they don't care so much. Jackie is a bit complicated cause she really wanted to lose her powers but she still shows up to get the upgrade. I think she detested her power because it was involved in the death of a loved one but she only wanted to lose it if she could die with it since it was a part of who she was, so I think she was just kind of going with the ride because of being loyal to Ginjo. Think of Ginjo like a darker, morally grey Ichigo from a previous time and Xcution is all his like world of living buddies. If anything I said is not fully correct people are free to correct me.

Oh sorry correction in the next episode he did say he put the rest of Xcution in a genny it was just later, he did it to Riruka under that bridge/monorail whatever it was after she had talked to Orihime that's why I was confused.
