Things like relationships and friendships in this show do happen really fast, I think it's because the storylines are also fast paced, so sometimes it can leave you feeling like certain feelings came out of nowhere. It's best to suspend all logical thoughts when it comes to the timeline of things and just enjoy the fun. As for when Emma falls, it takes her more time, the kiss was in her view right now 'a one time thing'

I've been waiting for this episode since you started the series 😂. I mean, hook hit on Emma from the start. There was always some chemistry there for sure. But I think hook did already change quite a bit from season 2.

I remember how happy I was when it first happened. Like when I first watched the scene when it aired I said "Finally" out loud in front of my whole family. I felt their chemistry since their first scene. Assuming this comment is about the Captain Swan kiss.

He was definitely attracted to Emma from the start, but he started to fall for her the second she connected with him and convinced him to help them get Henry back at the end of season two. That's when he started to see the real Emma.

The last we saw of Rumple is he was frozen with squid ink and left by Neal. Henry started to be affected by Pan when he was in fresh grief after his " dream " of seeing his dad . That deep sorrow was the in that Peter Pan needed to reach Henry . Hook had been focused on being a man of honour so when he found out how dishonourable the King was Hook was eager to follow his brother in fighting corruption . When his brother died he was so overcome by grief and anger he desired to be rid of everything the corrupt King stood for . The becoming a pirate so quickly makes sense as he was desperate to find some way of still being a man of honour . Honour among thieves . Totally different topic . Did anyone else take note of " as you wish " as a nod to " The Princess Bride " 😉❤️
