Ross and Emily rushed into that marriage but they both finally came to their senses because no way was it going to work. You can’t ask someone to give up their life like that - especially so suddenly. Emily should have just stood her ground and not forgiven him for the name slip-up at the wedding.

thank you for the well wishes! I'm doing a lot better now and will be getting minor surgery end of january that should fix everything. I can kind of see where emily was coming from, but once her demands became too much (making ross move and completely cut rachel out etc.) she should have realised that it just wasn't going to work out and broken it off sooner. But I also think ross should have seen it sooner and broken it off as well. He was just so obsessed with not letting another marriage fail that he didn't care about trying to work through their actual trust issues.

I've never made it past the third season before, probably because I didn't have you to watch it with. I'm really loving this! Emily and Ross could have been a great couple had they just slowed down so they could learn to really love and respect each other rather than just going solely off of intense attraction and insane butterflies that everyone gets at the beginning of a relationship. They didn't have a solid foundation for any aspect of their relationship and it became very annoying for me very quickly just like Ross and Rachel did 🤣 Also, my comment was the first one read in this episode and my name is actually pronounced "Ray." I've noticed you hesitate to attempt saying it a few times, so I thought I'd finally let you know how it's pronounced 🤣

Do we think if Rachel had talked to Emily and said you don't have to worry about me, I'm not going to do anything with ross, would that of made a difference to Emily ?

Ding Dong the Witch is gone lol... Jkjk I actually never minded that Storyline. They did have cute moments in the Beginning. Also Fun Fact... Helen Baxendale, aka Emily, got pregnant between S4 & 5 so they had to cut their Storyline short due to travel difficulties. And if you noticed, almost all her scenes were with her lying in Bed being covered up.

I agree Audrey, I always liked the fact that Joey finally said something, albeit it was in a Joey fashion lol but friends (especially friends as close as these lot), should be able to have honest, open discussions to eachother, especially if they see thier friend is clearly not happy.

I don’t think so, because Ross said Rachel’s name. She doesn’t trust Ross, not Rachel. i think she doesn’t care if Rachel want Ross, i think the bigger problem for her is that Ross want Rachel, or Emily think that he want Rachel. So if Rachel tell Emily: Hey don’t worry”… I think she still wouldn’t trust Ross
