*BOOK SPOILERS (not show spoilers)* Yay! I’m so excited to spill about the books! So here is what is different in the books so far! * Stefan and Damen are originally from Italy, have accents, and they lived back in 1400’s instead of the 1800’s * Crow is actually Damien! In the book, if a vampire is powerful enough, they have the ability to transform into an animal * Bonnie is actually physic descended from the druids, not a full on witch, but is extremely powerful * There is a 4th member of the girls group that they didn’t include named Meredith. In the books it was Elena, Bonnie, and Meredith that are the main girls. Caroline drifted from the group pretty early on in the books * Elena didn’t have a brother, she had a 4 year old sister named me Margaret * Elena was originally blonde with “lapis lazuli” blue eyes (which happens to be the stone in the brothers rings), Bonnie had “fiery” red hair and was very small and timid, Caroline had auburn hair and bright green eyes * Books came out in the early 90’s

Also the reincarnation of a past lover part reminds me of a show my mom used to watch when she was younger. It’s called Dark Shadows. It originally ran from 1966-1972. It’s got vampires, witches, ghosts, and other supernatural beings. There was a reboot of it in 1991 but never got past season 1 due to it being constantly preempted by news coverage of the Gulf war

Controversial opinion but Damon and a female character that comes later this season are my favorites. Objectively they are both the worst, but keeps things interesting haha. Fun fact: the guy who plays Stefan and the girl who plays Elena actually didn’t like each other while filming, but she dated the actor who plays Damon in real life for about 3 years.

I only had a couple teachers call me by my last name. I had a middle school teacher that called me by my last name. He had my older brother a few years before 🤣 and so he had it out for me. I got sent out in the hall almost everyday, even when I wasn't doing anything. I just started bringing coloring books and snacks to give me something to do in the hallway.

I never had teachers call me by my last name in school, always my first. Bonnie is one of my favorite characters in TVD, there's a few others but they don't come until later seasons. I couldn't stand Tanner, he was such a ass. Damon seamed bad in the beginning seasons but he does have some redeeming qualities later on. Tyler is not what he seems, he is also something supernatural but I won't spoil what he is. The girl who plays Caroline was a backup singer for Miley Cyrus and she was in the Hannah Montana movie. Also the girl who plays bonnie is a singer as well. I love your reactions to the jump scares, it made me laugh my butt off. I jumped too, it's been a long time since I've watched this show. I've forgotten a lot of the plot. I'm an only child, so its fun to re watch this show with you. I'll be 33 this year and you feel like an older sister to me and it makes me happy I get to hang out and watch TVD with you. love you Audrey! i can't wait to see the next episode with you! I hope you feel better with everything going on health wise. I have to get blood work done tomorrow for some health issues myself and I'm not lookin forward to it.

I had several teachers in secondary school call me by my last name and I always thought it was odd, until one called me Lucy and that freaked me out more as he never said it before that 🤣 Lmao Yes you will have moments that you go 'no, why .... You are dumb!' in this show... Alot! But equally you will giggle and potentially cry too.
