If you really think about it, Caroline turning into a vampire is actually Bonnie’s fault. She tricked everyone by removing the magic from the magic device, which led to Tyler’s car accident and to Damon giving Caroline his blood to heal her. Later, Bonnie claims that all of this is Damon’s fault — when in reality, it was her own doing.

Caroline as a vampire is one of my favorite plot points in the entire show. She is just a bad ass once she gets a handle. Also, her development of relationships and friendship with everyone really grows due to this. Also, Damon's true redemption arc has not really started. LOL you will forget what you registered. He has some pretty incredible moments down the road. I have mixed feelings about Bonnie, because I know her story down the road. But sometimes I felt she could be very black and white when the WHOLE Show is a effin gray area in the morality department. LOVE THIS SHOW!
