The beginning of this episode always gives me goosebumps. I don’t know if you noticed but they played a Fleetwood Mac song, ‘Gold Dust Woman’, one Stevie wrote about her drug addiction, her relationship with Lindsey, and fame. I think Stevie watched this show twice and I imagine it brought back a lot of memories for her, and said that she would like to be involved in a second season if it ever happens (I don’t think it will but it’s fine). Episodes 8-10 really do just get more and more intense. Can’t wait for your reaction to the last episode 🩷

"Don't count yourself out this early. You're all sorts of things you don't even know yet " is one of my favorite quote from any book, it's said in a different scence in the book

I love this episode so much! Seeing Daisy and Billy finally getting along and just having this actually healthy communication and dynamic is so great. And I love you saying when they were on stage they seemed much more like friends this time with much less sexual tension, because I've always felt that and I love it. In this episode we really get to see the friendship side to their relationship. Of course there are still feelings there that they're struggling with, but they're less focused on that side of things. Daisy has just overdosed, she's kind of understanding Billy in a new way, Billy is trying to be someone Daisy can rely on after having seen her in such a vulnerable state. They're really trying to be honest. And we really see that in that last scene of them, with Daisy just saying outright that they should be together and Billy admitting that's what he wants too, but he can't. I always found it really interesting, because I've always felt Billy DOES love Camila. He loves Daisy, and he loves Camila. But it's in such different ways. And I think he's very aware of this fact. I think he's much more aware of how bad he and Daisy could be for each other than Daisy is at this point. The other thing I've always found really interesting about the dynamic between the 3 of them is that I genuinely think Camila would be a huge fan of their relationship, if not for the fact that half that relationship is also her husband. Like, she loves both Billy and Daisy, she can see how alike they are, she can see how good they CAN be for each other, she sees how they get each other in a way she just can't. And I do think that if she and Billy weren't married, she would be rooting for them so hard. 😭 That last shot is so painful though. Just everyone being miserable basically. Except Warren who is in a totally different show to the rest of them. They're all suffering and have issues with each other and are just waiting for it all to blow up. And then there's Warren who's dating a movie star and living his best life completely unaware of the bombs that are about to be going off all around him. 🤣 Poor guy...

Yeah a little Warren so blissfully ignorant hahah! I do agree he loves both of them ❤️

Poor warren. 🤣 but hey! He’s got it pretty great! 🤣 It’s what makes it SO complicated and so interesting. And just so heartbreaking. You can’t help your feelings. But that can hurt so many people…
