Hi friends! I know we just did a release, but I LOVE my FREEBIE RELEASE days and was so excited to share this model, that I didn't want to wait! Recently, the Korean game, Gonggi, has gained some popularity. Seeing Gonngi stones fill our newsfeeds, Nick and I immediately determined, 'those would make a fun clicker!' Something about small, fun shaped objects tends to catch our attention these days! We designed these with our own twist adding a few basic shapes and, in our Pawpular style, creating a version with adorable cat and dog paw prints! In order to fit the clicker, these did get a little too large to actually play Gonggi with, but it doesn't stop me from having a little fun trying... and clicking away when I get frustrated and give up! Like most of my designs, this is a clicky design that requires a mechanical keyboard switch to make the clicky part. These models feature a universal base design which has been tested with many keyboard switches and 99% of them work! I have an up to date list of verified clickers with links you can find HERE. This design should be compatible with most MX style keyboard switches, however, the two metal contacts on the bottom of the switch must be clipped off flush (or folded over) to ensure the switch seats properly in the base (this is a destructive process).  

This pack contains 9 unique base shape with 7 caps! The caps are available in both a flat and raised option! Each base comes in the standard 7mm, 3.5mm diameter and blank keychain configuration.

3D Printing Settings:

Layer Height: 0.2mm (recommended)

External Perimeter (Outer Wall): 0.33mm (recommended)

First Layer Extrusion Width (Initial Layer Line Width): 0.35mm (recommended)

Only one wall on first layer: True (recommended)

Scale: 100% (Everything is modeled with tight tolerances and should not need to be resized)

Orientation: Print the caps face down so you have a smooth surface for clicking! (recommended for flat)

NOTE: I've found the best way to get the most crisp details on these clickers is to start with the smallest details first and work up from there. Here is the order I recommend after LOTS of trial and error:

Medium Detail (Shape)

Everything else (Base Colors)

I've also found hitting the print with a heat gun right before the main body color starts printing will eliminate any little strings that can cause blemishes on the final design.

⚠️WARNING⚠️ - This pack requires very good bed adhesion to ensure the best possible results for your finished clicker. It is recommended to clean your bed with soap and water before printing or whatever your specific printer manufacturer recommends for a deep bed clean!
