Hi friends! This will be the last pack of this month and we've had quite a few requests for a "teach appreciation" themed pack so thought this made the perfect Freebie release! I picked a few of the most frequently requested classroom items, a pencil & some colorful wax sticks and started designing! Added an apple with some appreciative text for a little bonus! This was meant to be a smaller, simpler pack (that I may have gone a bit crazy with variations on) but I am so happy with how it turned out and super excited to share! Hope you enjoy! βœοΈπŸŽπŸ–οΈ

Like most of my designs, this is a clicky design that requires a mechanical keyboard switch to make the clicky part. These models feature a universal base design which has been tested with many keyboard switches and 99% of them work! I have an up to date list of verified clickers with links you can find HERE. This design should be compatible with most MX style keyboard switches, however, the two metal contacts on the bottom of the switch must be clipped off flush (or folded over) to ensure the switch seats properly in the base (this is a destructive process).

This pack contains 6 unique base designs and 19 cap designs. Each base comes in the standard 7mm, 3.5mm diameter and blank keychain configuration.

3D Printing Settings:

Layer Height: 0.2mm (recommended)

External Perimeter (Outer Wall): 0.33mm (recommended)

First Layer Extrusion Width (Initial Layer Line Width): 0.35mm (recommended)

Only one wall on first layer: True (recommended)

Scale: 100% (Everything is modeled with tight tolerances and should not need to be resized)

Orientation: Print the caps face down so you have a smooth surface for clicking! (recommended for flat)

NOTE: I've found the best way to get the most crisp details on these clickers is to start with the smallest details first and work up from there. Here is the order I recommend after LOTS of trial and error:

Small Detail (Dimples, Pupils)

Medium Detail (Lines, Leafs, Letters)

Everything Else (Base Colors)

I've also found hitting the print with a heat gun right before the main body color starts printing will eliminate any little strings that can cause blemishes on the final design (flat designs ONLY)

⚠️WARNING⚠️ - This pack requires very good bed adhesion to ensure the best possible results for your finished clicker. It is recommended to clean your bed with soap and water before printing or whatever your specific printer manufacturer recommends for a deep bed clean!

Stay Pawsitive! 🐾

How cute are those!!!

Okay but how do I convince my wife does spending $179 on mechanical keyboard switches is a business expense? I've gone through 216 keyboard switches so far 🀣🀣🀣

Write it off on your taxes? 🀣

The rule of pawpular prints: "shut up and take my switches!"

PLAground Shop

Just got a delivery of Pawpurs today AND this was released?! Yay!

Is the small keychain hole 3.5mm and the large keychain hole one 7mm?

Pawpular Prints

It’s actually the other way around. The 7mm is for a 7mm diameter jump ring and refers to the diameter of the ring, and the 3.5 mm is the diameter of the actual hole and is typically used for the thicker bead chains! Hope that makes some sense?

So excited for these!!!! Thank you so much!!!

Maybe me but I'm having an issue with the crayon clicekrs. Seems like it's too tight once put together and just stays pressed. Is the alighment off a bit? Pencil and apple work fine. Using Pawpers white clickers

Pawpular Prints

Hmm, are you sure you're using a Wax Stick cap with a Wax Stick base? They are different than the pencil bases even though they look similar and they may get stuck cuz they are different enough

CyberPrint Studios

I would not be surprised at all if I did that. Will double-check. Thanks

CyberPrint Studios

Yes I can confirm it was the wrong base. User error. Carry on. Nothing to see here folks : )

Does anyone have any tips for getting the tops on the clickers? The cross never seems to be able to fit for me. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong but can’t figure it out. Thanks in advance!

Terry Joyner

I initially had problems but then I noticed I needed to orient the clickers the right way when putting them in the bottom. I put them in the bottom and then snap the top on. Look at the bottom of the clicker and you will see two sides with a slight indent and then look at the bottom of the clicker and you should see how to orient it to seat correctly. Once I figured that out I didn’t have any more problems.

marcusGLX

Do these fit all clickers or only yours?

Pawpular Prints

These will work with 99% of clickers on the market. Kailh, Cherry MX and Gateron are good ones to Google for a local source
