No. Daniel, the older generation that remembers Jewish friends and neighbors have told those stories to everyone, and even when they die off, the younger Arab generation already have many Jewish friends like you guys. Oh you're absolutely right in assuming the average Israeli on the street is unhinged. I've been there before as a West Asian Jew and people would literally stop me in the street to ask me what I was doing and demanded I give them my ID.
