The Johzenji players aren't even at fault here. This is 100% a coaching issue. He comes in, reforms the team entirely, forces them into a bunch of 2v2 matches with no fundamentals practice, doesn't teach them how to work as a team, and then when the manager tries to right them he's like trying to tell her to stop. Sorry what? This coach is horrible and needs to be fired. These players could legitimately be really good if they were coached how to focus their enjoyment and athleticism. Instead they just get told to go wild. It's no wonder the 3rd years on their team left - they were probably trained better and this wasn't what they wanted.

Yeah! I used to bike ride to Copacabana beach every Sunday with a few friends. We'd usually end the afternoon playing soccer, or volleyball, or foot volleyball. I ended up moving to New York when I was 13 and there are no real beaches, nor did anyone even know how to play soccer OR volleyball!
