This poll is to vote for the strongest team from Phase 2 of the Draft Livestream. As a reminder, this phase took the second pick away from whoever chose Ushijima.

Player dynamics are not a consideration.

The Royals all the way for this phase! I could easily see the volatile fratboy hitters mentally falling apart very quickly against Tendou and Tsukki over the course of multiple sets. The Oikawa + Kageyama combo pick was also pretty sneaky and powerful.

They are, I just think that Ushijima’s mental fortitude and Nakashima’s tooling would hold up better to the blocking. Goshiki might struggle though.

I think it's closer than most people would think but gotta say I'm not entirely confident with the passing between Bokuto, Aone and Mad Dog, especially if Nakishima is playing off the block. Though tbh, I think if Kageyama is played at WS then it's an easy win lol. Sarah done Adam dirty there.

This newbie is voting for Sarahtorizawa.... I mean, The Royals! Tsukki-Kageyama-Ushiwaka is the best trio. Sorry but I'd sit Oikawa unless Kags gets injured. We don't need spoiled brats around here.

I love how much attention Nakashima always gets in these drafts—usually such an underrated player and it's great to see him get picked so often. I think this one definitely goes to The Royals (loved all the name choices by the way). The choice to steal Kageyama and use him as a pinch server just so he couldn't be on Frat Boy Summer was clutch. Now The Royals are almost what I imagine Ushijima himself would craft as his ultimate team—it's as if Oikawa actually went to Shiratorizawa. And the others still do well to serve the purpose of letting Ushijima just hammer it home while Tsukki and Nakashima can handle running the defensive strategy. The Bokuto/Akaashi combo is great on Frat Boy Summer, and again the power blocking no matter the rotation with Kuroo and Aone, but I'm just not sure that it would be enough. Also, I know we aren't taking personality into account for the vote, but I gotta say, watching Akaashi trying to keep a handle on both Bokuto and Mad Dog would be very entertaining. Looks like in the end both drafts eventually just come down to whoever has Ushijima wins. But still very fun to think about the different possibilities, and I loved watching the stream! Can't wait for the end of season 4 drafts when the player pool opens up even wider!!
