How did I not see this MAJOR part of the episode coming?!?! I don't think I have ever cried as hard watching anime as I did during this.... WOWWWWWW. I am still not recovered.

I have watched the whole series and read the manga, so i can say this is not a spoiler. Do you guys think being part the lineage of Sun worshippers somehow has something to do with Nezuko being able to conquer the sun? Another thing, this has always been in my mind, why is Muzan on that mountain where kamados lived in the 1st place? Cos i think, they are the only people living there. What was his purpose there? Was he searching for blue flower lilies? But why there? If so do you think there was a chance kamados somehow are aware of the flower but not its potential. Again, not a spoiler, but my theory

For clarification the doctor was just making an experimental drug to try and keep Muzan alive there wasn't an intent on becoming a demon the doctor just was concocting things probably adding all sorts of stuff that can have a medicinal effect to prolong life and that cocktail turned him in like the modern sense into a mutant but in older times they would label it a demon and call it a day. Also I think its character in the sense that Nezuko is the only demon we've seen that's never eaten human flesh and maybe that's the secret because for one reason or another every other demon gave into that temptation. And from the way I understood it Lady Tamayo was saying that she was in that child like state because her mind was more focused on recovery and changing her biology

I feel like there is definitely something about their lineage that has made Nezuko able to conquer the sun... I was wondering the same thing the more I thought about this episode. Maybe Muzan knows that the Kamado family are ancestors of someone powerful and he went to check them out

Something is up, with that plot, i think. It was so not on-brand just based on what we have seen so far from his behaviour. He normally likes to surround himself with regular people, so for him to go out there by himself, on a quiet mountain and not send his minion instead, he knows something

My original reaction to this episode more or less tracked with Sarah's. It was pretty much: Yeah! Get that annoying guy!! 😡 Oh, yay! Muichiro threw the sword to Tanjiro! 🥰 OMG. OMG. OMG. Nezuko needs to get out of the sun! 😨 What?! How is he not dead and why are those villagers still there?!! 😳 No, no, no, no!! Oh, Nezuko, don't sacrifice yourself!! No, damnit, stop it with this song and this montage, she can't be gone!!! 😰 Ugh! I HATE this guy! 🤬 Poor Tanjiro. 😢 Oh, OMG! OMG! OMG! Yokatta!!! 😭😭😭"

Back with the Uzui x Gyutaro reaction I mentioned there are some fights I like more for the emotional weight, and here is a prime example. Don't get me wrong the animation is still good, but its not as flashy as the Uzui fight. Also "Nezuko Kamado No Uta"("Nezuko Kamado's Song) is one of the best tracks in the entire Demon Slayer OST. If the fact you think Nezuko is dying wont make you cry, that track will. There something truly special about combining Nami Nakagawa's vocals with a lone piano. They did it for the start of the "Tanjiro Kamado's Song"(The Hinokami Kagura theme) as well. Fitting for the brother sister duo to have the same combo for their respective tracks.
