The number of different shocks I got during this episode was insane! If even one of the things that happened in this episode, I would have been stunned, but this whole thing left me in a daze (in a good way).

I literally have zero idea of how this is all going to play out.

I'll agree that a lot of the back of the truck logic gets reeaaal muddy lol. Quite a bit of suspension of disbelief goin' on. BUT, it's still fun so I love it.

I think she broke the window to get Mello’s cell phone so she can call light maybe?

We are led to believe that Mello's motorcycle was also in the back of the truck and Takeda used the fuel from the motorcycle as well as whatever she could get to from the the cabin through that window to start the fire. The reason Takeda needed to die there was to cover up both the fact she had death note pages and the way Mello died. If it was revealed that Mello was killed by the death note, there would need to be an explanation on how Kira did that without his name or face. This would implicate Light since he was the only person that could have told Takeda his name. Light was also invested in keeping the fact Takeda had death note pages a secret. Right now Light wants the SPK to believe that Mikami is the only person with the ability to kill with the Death Note. If Takeda is revealed to have access to death note pages, it makes certain things more obvious to Near.

oh man, I am so excited to see your reactions to the last two episodes. The final episode is one of my favorite anime endings, even if Death Note isn't in my top anime series.
