Some of you guys might remember my past obsession with making playlist/fanmixes. (It's an obsession I dearly miss, but it's not the same without a good platform and friends making playlists too). So it probably doesn't surprise you at all I made a MASSIVE playlist for In the Way of All Flesh that I listened to while I was writing the book to motivated me. Naturally, it grew and grew to become a real monster playlist, I just added any song I could.

I wrote this book for a LONG time, including when I was in the greatest throes of mix fever, so you may recognize a lot of the songs if you followed my mixes. I've included 8tracks and Spotify links even. I've also included individual links to videos. I tried to include English subbed videos for foreign language songs, though I couldn't always find them.

Now, I know this seems long, but know that the REAL playlist is even longer, like 80-90 songs, and I cut 20-30 that weren't actually very relevant to the story and more there for a "mood" out. The songs are in a roughly chronological order of the events of the story, so if you've read the book you can pretty much figure out the sections of the story they correspond to. I might do a "these songs are for these chapters" breakdown when I eventually release this on tumblr.

I also included two separate shorter playlists that track Manee and Stephanie's individual arcs specifically. They have some new songs (mostly depressing Vocaloid songs because I was in a "seek out depressing vocaloid songs" state two years ago...and this year as well, it turns out) and reused songs from the mega playlist. These playlists have Playmoss versions. All the Vocaloid links are english subbed btw. Heavy trigger warnings for gory and suicidal imagery as far as the visuals in them go.
