Yup, this region is my least favourite solely for how filler-heavy it is. Nest season when you skip fillers is ok, otherwise it's a nightmare, Master Quest is pretty good, though. The reason they had these fillers was to buy time for Gen 3 games (Advanced) and this was finding their footing and before they knew how to make the series interesting like with what we see with DP, XY and SM later on

Erlu

I'm actually so excited for Master Quest. they have some amazing arcs

Coca Cola

W. Damn bloom, I am impressed by your speed

Coca Cola

This and advanced has the most filler. Get ready

cbloom

Tbh I am too lmao I ain’t think I would blow by the first part of johto that fast

Erlu

52:14 - Yeah! We did saw Jessie like that. You’re thinking of Diamond and pearl, the episode where we see a flashback to a guy she liked. Same episode she released her butterfly Pokémon.

Coca Cola

True, I believe you got 2 more seasons of Johto before you can move on to advanced now

Fernstoick

In case you are wondering, at the squirtle episode, captain Aidan was in the episode where I told you that the only cannon part of that filler is that he will appear in a cannon episode, aka the squirtle episode. That's why you don't know him.

Ash's Noctowl is a shiny btw! 1/8192 odds of seeing one in the Gen 2 games at the time.

Rishdog

Yeah Johto is defs the worst region. it has its moments in the later seasons tho

ShakingMyBunBuns

Umm Bloom. The first heracross episode isnt filler
