PETTY THIEF: THE METAL AGE #3 (Patreon)

Happy New Year!

Yes, it's more Thief, because I'll be damned if I let this series die. I started it at the worst possible time - September - so that it would be pre-empted by holiday-themed videos for months. Hopefully that's over and we can start doing one of these in between every other release. I expect there's only a few more episodes for Thief 2 and the next one might be completely dedicated to Life of the Party, the pinnacle of Thief levels, which, last time I played it, took about 2 1/2 hours.

During the end of 2022 and the new year, I spent about six days capturing gameplay footage. One of those days was Thief. The others were doing a complete playthrough of Unreal Gold, yes the main campaign and Return to Na Pali, on Unreal difficulty. I plan to call the video Unreal Unreal. It was an unpleasant experience but Epic Games actually angered me so much that I pushed through against frightening odds. That video, I suspect, is going to be very long. After Thief 2 is done I don't plan to go straight to Thief 3 because I want to do another series on an im-sim type game. There's three that I'm trying to decide between and I might put a poll up on Patreon to decide which makes the cut. Keep it greasy,

If you'd like to have a different name in the credits than what you pledged with, leave me a comment, or DM me on here or Twitter or discord or whatever. If your name is wrong, not included, or anything else, shoot me a message calling me an asshole and telling me to fix it.

Or if you want one of those fancy colored names that everyone gets now if they want. The credits in the video are usually a couple of days behind the actual patron list so if you don't see your name,  it will be in the next upload.
