Hope everybody's doing well. After a nice little break over the festive period I'm feeling recharged and ready to start making new videos. I wanted to kick things off with another series of technique lessons, following on from last year's epic 30 day challenge. This year's challenge is a slightly less gruelling 7 day version, and before things get going properly tomorrow, I just wanted to post a brief video explaining how things are going to work.

I hope some of you are going to want to join me for this. It's a diverse selection of exercises and musical studies focussing on key technical and musical skills. It's suitable for both electric and acoustic players and throughout I've tried to give options for simplifying or expanding on the basic exercise so you're able to match things to your current level of ability.
