Afternoon all! The YouTube channel reached 100,000 subscribers this week, so to mark the occasion I thought I'd have a bit of fun by looking at the Radiohead track after which my channel is named. It's a nice, noisy indie song. In particular the Jonny Greenwood tremolo picked octave parts are lovely. It's kind of a tricky song to tab out, but I've done my best to notate the most interesting stuff - PDF and GP files attached below.

And here's the link to the video:

Thanks to everyone here! Your support is what's making it possible for me to keep making the videos every week.

Hope you all have a great weekend. Speak next Friday,

Adrian

Congratulations on your 100k! I hope your Patreon crowd continues to grow as well! I've really loved what you share of yourself.

Thanks so much Chris. You support and comments both here and on YouTube are much appreciated!

I really loved your comments at the front of this video. Your exhortation to pay attention to attitude and passion above all was a great reminder for me (although I don't think you skimp at all on the technical details in your lessons) and I loved your "I don't have any social media strategy, I don't have any business plan...." Also I didn't know of this song, so I was pleased to learn where your name came from.

Hazzah! So glad more and more people are getting as much fun and satisfaction out of your channel as many of us already have been. Your modest, down to earth approach and skill as both a guitarist and a teacher are to be commended.

Congratulations on the milestone, Adrian! I love the convenience of contributing via Patreon, but their security stuff is a massive ball ache. My bank doesn't run me through the same hoops to log in. (Plus there is no way to start a new paragraph without posting.) Anyway, for the 100k episode I thought I would relive my favourite ACPG lessons: (in no particular order) Cinnamon Girl - at one stage this was a step into exotic tuning for me. Now it is one song I am comfortable to play loud. The 'Race with the Devil' series - I can play it as fast as Cliff Gallup or I can play it as clean as Cliff Gallup, but I will never be able to play it as fast and as clean as Cliff Gallup. Venus - hours and hours of fun with the looping pedal Mystery Train - on my good days I can sound like a competent guitarist with this one. Shot By Both sides - both for the great lesson and the anti Sibelius rant. So Adrian! The 'Solo Like Jame Burton' part 1 lesson. An absolutely lovely solo. If you haven't tried it, please do, it is straightforward and sounds really good. The 'Building a country solo from a single lick' lesson was the one that first got me hooked: https://www.anyonecanplayguitar.co.uk/building-a-country-solo, And to wrap it up, the 'Pipeline' series. A two parter, turned out better than I could have imagined.

Thanks Jeff. Yes, I agree Patreon is far from perfect. Nice to read you list of highlights. Hopefully there will be many more to come.

(In fact, I just just tried to start new paragraph and accidentally posted too soon!) For now Patreon is convenient and free. But n the longer term I might look at building a proper subscription based site of my own, but that would require a lot of expense and planning. The biggest problem with Patreon is the confusing, navigation and lack of proper search functionality. As I get more stuff up here it's going to be hard for people to find what they're looking for.

Jeff, I'm going to have to look at couple of lessons that you mentioned that I had missed! (And this morning, had to log in again and go through three pages of captcha screens, but at least it doesn't usually happen.)
