Circa 1:20:00, "Please nobody tell Bill Maher about intercrural sex. That's just something I don't think this man needs on learn about at this late date." I hate to break it to you, but during the Andrew Sullivan episode of Club Random, Sullivan teaches Bill Maher the term intercrural sex and explains the mechanics to him. That was easily the weirdest episode of Club Random -- there was so much crazy, uncomfortable stuff that the part where Maher learns about intercrural sex didn't even make it into that episode of "I Especially Hate Bill Maher."
