these two make such an absurd contrast standing next to each other, i love it

a lot of people wondered what tf Jupiter even saw in Bruce....and Jupe would say (to quote Jessica Rabbit) "....He makes me laugh."

yep, he chonky. Pandoraverse Bruce gets a lil chonky too, though not til he's middle-aged Bruce is a bit screwed by his species. Kinda like how modern humans are prone to bingeing carbs, fat, and salt (because these were rare treats for our early ancestors, so our brains tell us to gobble NOW), modern Tasmanian devils are still somewhat influenced by their own primal instincts. They are gorge eaters, capable of going hungry for several days at a time, then devouring up to 40% of their body weight in one sitting. This was a useful adaptation before animals developed civilization, but the modern city-dwelling tazzy has ample food at their fingertips....while the urge to gorge remains. Even though he doesn't always remember to eat, Bruce can put away more food than a carnivore twice his size, and his proclivity for processed/frozen/fast food and junky, filler-stuffed faux meat products mean he's, well....a lil bit chonky. Despite this, no matter how Silver may tease him, Bruce is surprisingly strong for his size.

Foxes are known to croon, sing, howl, and even scream when courting. To Jupe's foxy brain, Bruce's demon-pig-screech-cussing when he stubs his paw on the coffee table sounds like the most exquisite love song~
