Hey Artnerds! What have you been up to this week?

This week, I mostly just penciled and inked upcoming illustrations.

And screened/edited video.

Basil's been sick with a URI, so there's been a lot of juggling medication, steam baths, and vet visits. Joseph (well, mostly Joseph) and I have been cleaning up our shared studio space, and I've been reading more art and watercolor books to share with yall in the Easily Influenced series.

If you look closely, there's a cameo

My #2 assistant, Basil, hanging out on the chair while I take a picture.

He's been such a good boy about taking his meds! His next vet appointment is Friday, cross your fingers for a clean bill of health.

Three Pages Away from the End of Chapter 9

I've been trying to get caught up with my video backlog (half-finished videos, unedited videos, unscreened videos, videos not uploaded, videos not shared to Patreon), but computer issues have really made that a challenge. It feels like a game of whack-a-mole- our router starts having issues, so we buy a mesh router. My computer's ability to detect wifi starts to go out, so Joseph installs a new wifi adaptor. A large internal hard drive fails, so he scans it and has me use a stopgap hard drive in the meantime. My graphics card started its death dance, and now we're trying to work that out. What do you do during weeks when there's so much you want to do, and so little time to do it?

This upcoming week, I'm going to wrap up my M Grahams gouache & watercolor review and maybe start that Back To School illustration. I'm also hoping to make some editing progress so I can get some Early Access out to you guys.
