Hey Artnerds,

Yesterday, WEEKS worth of work finally came to a head- the 7" Kara Volume 2 Kickstarter launched!  For an independent, self-published comic artist, this is a big milestone and can lead to bigger, better things!

There's lots of goodies on the Volume 2 Kickstarter, including physical copies of Volume 1 and 2 of 7" Kara, inked art sketches (like YOU as a Lilliputian!) and even original watercolor art!  And I've got some amazing stretch goals planned, like fabric neighborhood maps, enamel pins, and printing Lilliputian Living as a perfect-bound book.

I want to thank yall for joining me on Day One and showing your support- this sort of strong start is a big deal on Kickstarter.  Kickstarter determines which projects it will promote based on how well you do in the first two days of a project- generally, they want to see about 30% of the project funded, and while we're not there yet, we're well on our way!  I wanted to reward the people who backed on Day 1, so yesterday and today I hosted sketch request streams.  I really loved drawing people's pets, original characters, and favorite flowers, and loved opening my Animal Crossing town to yall via Dodo code.  That's definitely something I'm going to continue in the future! 

I'm going to be talking about Kickstarter and promoting Kickstarter a lot during the next month, but I still have some great stuff planned and scheduled so nobody gets Kickstarter burnount!
