Harry performs a beautiful rendition of my favorite song off Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally. "Carla's Song" live at Musée Bourdelle (Paris). I'll be checking out his Coachella performance this weekend in celebration of the event taking place. Have a great day 💙

I’m not a French speaker (so if there’s anyone in here who is, please do correct me if I’m wrong!) but I believe he said ‘je suis en PLS’ which I think is a French expression that means something like ‘I’m dead’ (I think to basically say he’s exhausted)! This is my fave song off of KATTDO too - it feels like such a hug!!

Hearing this song stripped back makes me appreciate it more. And also music is life and without it I don’t think I’ll be who I am today without it. A lot of songs start acapella or from a piano or guitar and the. Once it hits the studio there can be a lot of more things. And yes you’re always authentic even when it can be hard to. And yes positivity goes a long way and Harry is a great example of it. Project Hail Mary book. Yes. The books is so good 5 stars.

His voice is gorgeus and has so much depth. Carla’s song is so comforting and this version is magical. And I loved watching you adoring him and melting while listening. So cute! I guess we all have that face when watching him. The phrase he said at end ment “I’m done”.

Hey!! French guide here :) Just so you know "être en PLS" is a casual expression used to say you're completely exhausted, physically or mentally. But in everyday language, it's mostly used in an ironic or exaggerated way to say that you're totally overwhelmed. Not surprising considering the incredible performance he just gave us (im obsessed, it was sooo beautiful). But I find it really funny that he learned this expression, I mean, its very French ahah

Definitely get a teacher to at least get through the basics of learning the piano. It's not as easy as it seems to be, but its so worth learning. The best advice ive ever heard is: Don't give up, some people are naturals, some people are not. Just because it doesn't come easily to you, doesn't mean you cannot do it. My daughter has been taking lessons for 4 years (she is a child, so its slightly different). She has the fingers for it, but she is not a natural by any means. She hasn't made phenomenal progress, she takes forever to make any progress, but she loves it and never gives up. She has come a long way, even if it doesn't seem impressive by other people's standards. Ive been learning along with her, I do NOT have the fingers for it, but i pick up on it faster. We are opposites lol. She can easily reach and glide over the keys and I can read the notes. Meanwhile my short baby fingers misses every other key, and she forgets every other note. 😅🤣

Just for context, the Blogotheque format is about filming one shot performances in intimate, unsual locations. In this case, the location is the Boudelle Museum in Paris, particulary in Antoine Boudelle's sculpture studio itself. And regarding this version, I have the feeling that this is how Harry conceived the song originally. He has said in interviews that he compose on piano, most of the time, so I want to think this is actually how it first sounded. Keep falling in love with Harry!

This is such a vulnerable performance from Harry. It’s just him alone in a room, playing piano and singing. It’s really beautiful and impactful, and his voice sounds incredibly clear.
