I can't handle it anymore! I just wanna take Kanami and put her in my pocket! She's so sweet and cute and adorable! Her humble nature is absolutely amazing to me. She could be cocky, but she is naturally just...HER! HELP ME!

...also...imagine the BAND-MAID variety hour? That would be something I would pay for. Hah!

Their music is more than good enough to hook you forever. But when you get to know them as people and friends, it becomes impossible to not love them dearly! I say this often, these Ladies are exactly the kind of people you want your heroes and idols to be. We are so lucky to have them!!

Shake That and Don't Apply the Brake were videoed in Seattle in early 2016.

I agree NittPicc, yeah the Maid outfit is a gimmick, but So What? It worked out okay for a band called Kiss, right?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDIWJwU1nsw NittPicc, if you want a front row seat at an early Band Maid Okyuji, These are 3 songs from Melkweg, Amsterdam courtesy of the Great Vladimir Chupin! I bet if you ask him nicely, he'd let you react to this. Wanna see your favorite Maid - Misa - up close? Here's your chance! And you have reacted to all of them already, so you won't spoil anything for yourself. Vlad is awesome!!

I can't even remember how many times I've watched this video... I still pull it up from time to time. It can be combined with the one with them eating horsemeat hotpot.

Princess Nittpicc, I was enjoying this so much it felt like 20 minutes instead of 53... From Icebear's channel, the one where Band-Maid visits Miku's hometown is part of essential Band-Maid lore. And another gem is the one showing the making of the Gioncho music video. I will always remember the image of Kanami dropping her guitar pick.

How true. Band-Maid is the story of not just all the stars in the universe being aligned to bring the members together, but all the vision, hard work and dedication to their music and their fans. And we are all blessed that Freedom saved the band.

Just a small point... there's a translation mistake in the description of MISA's outfit. It said "Croatian maid", but it should be "assassin maid" - the translator apparently confused the Japanese for Croatia (Kuroachica) and assassin (koroshi-ya).

'Ogata-saaaaan?!' Cracks me up every time! :D

So this is October 2016. She is taking it with a smile but this is right in the midst of Saiki's throat & vocal cord issues. You can really hear it when she speaks. She is straining so hard just to get words out. She did te right thing getting it fixed. From what we hear here she would not be singing today otherwise. Happy her operation went well and we all got what we have now

The concert footage of Shake That and Don't Apply the Brakes are from the Seattle Convention Center. They were invited by Sakura-Con, a Japanese Cultural festival in Seattle and this was their very first overseas performance. The MV Before Yesterday was filmed in Seattle as part of this concert. I hope you react to the Year End party and New Years party posted on Band-Maid Prime. Without an interviewer in the mix, I think you get to see more of their relaxed, natural interactions with each other.

Vlad the Maidiac

Ohrenje has found him and convinced him to be a voice actor in his anime "The Pigeon Who Dreams of Singing." Which I find to be amazing. Kiseki-po. Miracle-po!

Vlad the Maidiac

Yes, it's the wrong version of the video. There is another one where the English subtitles are correct and where it is "Assassin Maid."

Vlad the Maidiac

Come on... All my videos have "zero copyright," CC0. That is, anyone can do whatever they want with them without even mentioning me.

LOL! I know and I know that you are a true gentleman and sweetheart. You deserve our love and respect! You have done so very much for the Band Maid community. By the way, my friend Bill the cyclist says to tell you hello! He was next to you on the rail in Philly. Vladimir, you are our lovable, humble legend!

Charles Coleman

I thought so!! Thanks for confirming that! Their first trip to the US!

Sawzar

Yeah... if you're not prepared, first time you interact with kuruppo could be quite a thing !!

This interview locked Kanami into my heart forever! Also ... what an entrance with Miku pushed by Saiki: those two are really something!!

Phaeron

Ever since I found out about Saiki and her surgery, I can't watch this video without noticing that she was already struggling quite a bit with her voice at this time.

Gold Rush were some of my favorite early interviews. They helped lots of people including me, connect with the band. The host is one of my favorites :) . The music clips were taken from the Sakura-con show in Seattle.

Kim Stabehl

Miku invited Kanami Kanami invited Akane Akane invited Misa Saiki, - got scammed
