Sorry for the late upload! The video didn't upload fully.

Would you like to listen to music that contains more than one genre? It sounds like it would be a bad idea, right?

WRONG!

This electronicore? band did just that and in the most right way possible! I got my dose of hard rock, electronica, and heavy metal all in one. I really hope you all check this one out! It was so worth it!

The band has been around for a long time, formed in 2008. They are NOT well known to western fans ... even the ones who like J-Music. I think the band name may have something to do with that. People here just seem to have trouble finding them. I think the thumbnail you saw was from the other song I debated putting on called "Jump Around". I put these guys in a similar playlist to some other bands we have listened to here like SiM and Girugämesh ... even Saiseiga. NittPicc keeps telling us she wants more electronic sounds to react to ;) . Personally I really like the change up in vocals on this track. You can tell these guys listen to at least a little western music, but have adapted what they have heard to their style. Japanese EMO maybe?

There is a PC with the software the band/group uses for their auto-tune in the audio pipeline somewhere for live shows. For PassCode it's right before the mixing board and I know that since I saw the computer at the live I went to. It does cause a delay for the vocals to get to the speakers so getting everything lined up for lives takes quite a bit of practice. There is a reason PassCode is called Fear, and Loathing's little sisters. Both groups have kind of embraced it at this point and are fine with it. The big metal festivals even invite both to the same festival. This year's big Halloween show at Osaka Gorilla Hall has SiM, PassCode, and Fear, and Loathing on the ticket.

BTW, thanks for saying I 'splain things well ;) . I would have been a writer but there is no money in it ... which is how I ended up in design and engineering. I still have a passion for it and enjoy "painting a picture with words" :) . I think music does that to an extent as well. ... lets all remember that NittPicc was scared by the chickens in the Peter Gabriel video last week ... but we will try to take her at her word :p .

That's interesting ... I had never heard that about PASSCODE but it makes sense. Funny that PASSCODE has been filling large venues for a while and I have never heard that about FALILV.

Fear, and Loathing is large enough to host festivals on their own which are called Mega Vegas. PassCode has been invited twice.
