I'm sad to see them go, but I LOVE to watch them leave. They absolutely KILLED it on stage!

I am so happy for these lady's! And shall I say that, to me, they are truly the Noble Maidens of ROCK!

Onto the next anime!

Outside of the outstanding camera work and direction during the song, really making the emphase on the girls and how wild they are, outside of all the batter they did to the whiny boys (even Tina give them the middle finger lol), and outside of the clearly "sexual" inuendo thanks to Otoha, I don't have complain for this episode. I think It close this season really well and leave space for a season two one day if it come. I don't know if the serie will really go into it, but the yuri/sapphic inuendo are also just in my taste and at the end, when Lilisa came closer to Otoha ready to kiss, that was something lol. But yeah, Lilisa calling Otoha "partner" and Otoha calling Lilisa without honorific, really show how they see each other and their relation and I love that as a yuri/sapphic lover. As for your question, I'm amab and are trans but still in the closet, being judged on how I look vs how I feel is my everyday job ^^'. Also, I wear shirt of my fav band, videogames, anime or movie (I had a godzilla shirt at the start of the week) and even if I don't wear black, my fav movie is The Crow with Brandon Lee and I love metal, so yeah, I think I know a little what you're talking about lol.

Tsukasa is probably a bodyguard for Otoha because she is the daugther of a Goverment Official as she was introduced in the first episode. What I like of this episode is they tone down the chat during the first part of the music performance. I appreciated that. it's a abrupt finale yes. Don't know the source material to know if it there a better stoping point. But 13 episodes is a great run. Most animes get only 12. No confirmation of a second season yet but that means nothing. It could be announced next week or next year, or several years later. Anime is like that.

NittPicc, can old male geezers who grew up with so many male dominated rock group support women taking over rock also? Band-Maid, The Warning, Lovebites, Hanabie, Scandal, Hades, etc. have opened many of our lives to the POWER of women in the genre. The more the better! It is so much fun to be alive now with discovery of great female rock musicians!

Well... I cut my hair after I moved to Moscow from Siberia. Nobody was really telling me how I must look, but I just realized that while in my Siberian university town I, as a guy with long hair, am perceived as a philosopher or a musician, in Moscow everybody thought I'm a worthless drone, or maybe a drug addict. So, with decent short hair that stress was gone, and it was easier for me to talk to people. That's how it was. People are like that, outfit makes a person, what can you do.

Single cour (10-13 episode) anime based on existing IPs like this are often considered to be as much advertisements for the manga/light novels by the committees that put them into production. Clean endings aren't that common in anime, if they do well then they often get additional seasons, but that's never guaranteed and there can sometimes be large gaps between them. Girls Band Cry is an anime original IP with longer term aspirations of an extended universe like the Bang Dream shows, so is treated somewhat differently. When a show only has a single cour to work with, you either gets them trying to squeeze too much material into a short span (which can potentially be a disservice to the source material), the show going beyond the published story & doing filler or anime original storylines (if it's a relative new manga) or something like this where it's almost a wink at the end of 'Want to find out what happens next, buy the manga!' In this instance there's 8 manga volumes out in Japan, though they only just started English publication this month.

As far as our question goes, to quote the great Sheriff Bart from "Blazing Saddles" - Once you establish yourself, they GOT to accept you! And you know where you are with the BM community. Fully accepted as is, no changes required! We love you NittPicc Po!
