There is only two season for now, but the third is in production so that is happening. This show is really good at giving us crumbs so we can make the loaf so to speak, there is plot that will and would happen in this season, that gain meaning only in season two for exemple, so you are here for a ride. About the honey and coffe talk, I'm not really a coffe person, more a milk one (soy milk now to reduce my lactose income since I eat already yoghurt and cheese a lot, I'm french after all and we love cheese), but when I take coffe, before I only taken it with sugar and milk, but now I drink it black with honey because I love the taste. I usually drink honey tea, however, I think the honey kind of amplify the savor of the tea, especially if it have some kind of spice in it. Honey being a good alternative to sugar and one of the only food that don't waste, it's always good to have some ^^.

I'm only watch anime sub. I'm a spanish speaker so almost all I watch is foreing, so watch dubbed to english or spanish is a sin to me. I'm love watching things in their original language. Also the seiyuu culture of anime and their art is unique. How the same person can do several different characters with different voices so easy amazed me. Aoi Yuuki, the voice actress of Maomao is one the top dogs of the industry rigth now. Lady Gyokuyuo voice actress, Atsumi Tanezaki is also one. Maybe a top 3 one. With characters like this, Anya from Spy x Family and Frieren, all totally different ones. It's fantastic. I was watching the other days a show called "Isekai quartet", a comedy that serveral characters from a lot of show coexist. In the last episode certain character goes to talk to someone. This two characters are voiced by the same voice actress, so this scene is one voice actress is talking to herself in different voices. But, they didn't end there. Suddenly another character appears in the background...that is voiced by the same voice actress. So, is her talking to herself while herself is talking in the backgound from another character. It was hilarious,

I've previously watched this both as subbed and again for the first season as the English dub with my partner (she got eventually got impatient having to wait the extra 2 weeks for the dub releases and switched across to watching subs with me as the new episodes were released partway into the second season). This has a good dub that's worth watching, but I find for the initial watch of any show or film it's better to watch the sub version to understand the emotional intent of the original voice actor performance. Plus with any dub there's a slightly larger degree of localisation involved in adapting the script and you can therefore usually read between the lines to get some of the extra subtext that doesn't necessarily translate directly. Watching this reaction was worth it for me just to see the moments of realisation for yourself, the penny dropping regarding her dad Luomen being the doctor that delivered lady Ah Duo's baby was worth the entrance fee alone. Also your response to lady Gyokuyou going full mama bear over Jinishi's creepy honey behaviour was nice. I hate to harp on about this but try to avoid reading the synopses before each episode, the studio has no control of their content so sometimes they can introduce expectations that influence how you watch the episode and in some instances give straight up spoilers. This one wasn't too bad but it can be an issue at times. The teasers at the end of each episode do a similar thing, but in a much more controlled manner as the studio controls the edit and therefore exactly what gets shown without giving away too much. The over-arching plots also means that things don't get wrapped up neatly in a single season or cour, there are a great many ripples caused by smaller details further down the line. I don't drink tea or coffee or for that matter any caffeinated drink, as caffeine has the opposite effect on me and makes me sleepy. As someone with on-off habitual insomniac tendencies already such effects are something I actively avoid. Honey can be nice in foods though.
