Poor Mio just wanted to have a normal, mature trip to Kyoto, but Ritsu and Yui were set in their ways of only having fun and causing chaos!

Sawa-chan seemed like she was trying her best to reign in the girls, but in a way you could see that she wanted in on the fun herself. Heck, even Mio broke towards the end and couldn't help but laugh off the immature actions of the group.

Sometimes you just gotta let loose and have a laugh every now and then, right?

One note, Ritsu tries to talk in the Kyoto's accent. Is for that she talks nonsense and sounds weird. The opening is called "Go go maniac" and yes, is sung by Aki Toyosaki, the voice actress of Yui. The ending is "Listen!" sung by Youko Hikasa the voice actress of Mio.

Kyoto was the capital of Japan before it moved to Tokyo in the late 1800s and is still considered it's cultural capital. Kyoto dialect is known as Kyōto-ben which is a posh version of Kansai dialect, it was basically standard Japanese until the end of the Edo period, which was around the same time as the capital moving. So these days it seems somewhat archaic compared with modern Japanese, hence how they chose to portray Ritsu trying to speak it.
