When I did my yoga teacher training back in 2015, our shala only had one window unit air conditioner. All the other members there would constantly ask to have the air turned off while we did yoga because it always got to cold for them. I would SWEAT like crazy and I wasn't there for a sweat...I was there to learn and stretch.

The solution?

I told the whole class that I would happily sit in front of the air conditioner unit for the entirety of the yoga class from now on and that ended up making everyone happy. I was in heaven! Hah!
