I wasn't expecting an episode to make me sad this soon into the show. It's only episode 6 and we see our sweet Ahiru trying her best to get Mytho's heart shard back, only for him to become frightened of her.

I wonder if it was the way she "demanded" that he come with her on the roof of that dreamscape?

I honestly think it's because he hasn't felt feelings in such a long time that the feeling of fear and anxiety felt so strong. Princess Tutu giving him that feeling back was probably too much for him at the time.

I cannot WAIT until next week to see what happens!
