Hola Familia!

We are coming in late today with this information! I apologize. I was out late last night judging a contest and I got home and crashed. I ended up sleeping in longer than expected! Only 20 days left until I get a whole week off before I start summer lessons start. The countdown begins!

Let’s get to the music!

🎀BAND-MAID Sunday:

I was debating on what to do this week since I have done a 3-way reaction on my Patreon already. We are supposed to dive into the “Conqueror” album today with “Page.” I thought about skipping it, but it’s been a hot minute since I listened to this song so I want to do it again, but with a different approach. I of course want to talk about the music, but I want to dive into the inspiration behind the making of the song as well as the lyrics. I hope you’ll join me on this!

🔹Perfume - “Flow”

This is a electropop trio who have been performing for more than 20 years which is amazing! Perfume has 3 singers, Ayano Ōmoto (Nocchi), Yuka Kashino (Kashiyuka), Ayaka Nishiwaki (A~chan), their DJ, Nakata Yasutaka and their choreographer Mikiko. I am excited to check them out because I love choreography (I love to dance) and I love me a good pop ensmeble!

🔹EJAE - “In Another World”

I still haven’t see KPOP Demon Hunters. It’s honestly my biggest crime to date because I loved “Golden” and the snippets of other songs in the movie. I loved EJAE’s (Kim Eun-jae) voice immediately when I did my first reaction to Huntrix. Why not check out more from her?

🔹BAND-MAID - The First Take Central Music Festival Concert!

We are doing this today because the video goes down today! I have seen links in the discord, dm’s with links, discord links for me to check it out. TODAY IS THE DAY! Plus, I have heard all these songs, so let’s have another night of fun together! This will be my 2nd full concert to watch!

After my brother left, I hit a emotional low. I am sure I am not the only one who gets that way. My brother is such a character and can make me laugh that when he leaves, the house feels so quiet. I am feeling better now and after a full week of work, I am back to my regular ol’self again. Last night I judged a small solo contest for beginner through 8th grade flutes and I was really proud of these little kids work. It’s always nice to hear the humble beginnings of a band kid’s journey! Anyway, I hope you are well, and can smell the summer coming in the air!

Cheers to another week!

Con Amor,💜NittPicc💜
