Patreon Extras 5/3/2026 (Patreon)

Hola Familia!

Just a few more days until I get a break before summer lessons! I cannot wait! I have some ideas brewing for the upcoming summer season and I will let you know what that is when I think I can make them come to fruition. Anyway, I am excited about this weekend’s reactions and I hope you are too!

Let’s get to the music!

🎀BAND-MAID Sunday:

I may feel a little guilty, but I already did do a score analysis on Patreon for “Glory”. Never fear though! I was doing more research on this album and I thought it would be interesting to talk about the music like I normally do, but I thought it would be cool to do some research and share with you how the Maid’s music has been used in media!

🔹Little Lilith - “Lady Bug”

I have seen mention of this band before in the past, but never had a chance to listen to them. Of course, you guys know that I try to keep myself from spoiling anything so I can discover new music you all show me! From what I was told they are Djent band formed in 2018 and recently came out with a new album. I am excited about this for two things. I see they have a violin and I really love lady bugs!

🔹PROJECT “AiNA,” a journey into the musical artist! - “On The Way” from DANDADAN & “ZOZKINGDOG”

I saw that there was A LOT of AiNA the End suggested in the discord, so I thought it would be sort of cool to do a deep dive into an artist this week. I really enjoyed her performance with HOTEI and her Tiny Desk concert, so why not learn more about this musical artist who’s voice cannot escape me in recent animes that I am watching!

🔹BAND-MAID - “Glory” from Line Cube Shiubya 2020

I haven’t done many reactions to this concert so I figured this would be a good opportunity to do so since we are exploring the “Conqueror” album in full now. I remember doing the score analysis for this with a different live performance, so let’s check out another one! I might need to bust out the score again...

I have to attend an appointment this morning to help a student find their new intermediate flute. I love these sessions because I can see my student’s eyes go wide as they hear themselves sound even better on an instrument made with the proper material for better resonance. This is a big step in their lives. These are instruments that are worth $2000 to $3000! I remember freaking out when my parent’s trusted me with my first big kid flute. I couldn’t believe they trusted me to take it to school at the age of 14. Anyway, it’s an exciting day!

Cheers to another week!

Con Amor,💜NittPicc💜
