There weren't sad tears in this episode! FINALLY!

My heart did break for Frieren when Fern said she was embarrassing her. Frieren and Heiter basically raised Fern. I would always see her as a kid as well if it were me.

Hell, I still see a lot of my former students who are now married and starting their own families as babies. I fear I will never not see them that way.

Any scene with Frieren and Himmel is going to kill me though. I worry I won't survive this entire series...!

This is my favorite opening of Frieren. "Haru " by Yorushika. Love the music. The ending...when the song is too perfect to change it. So what we do, take the second part of the song and made THE BEST ending of 2024. The first ending, the song begins like "And you alright?. Can you hear me?", and the second ending anwsers "And I'm alright , Yeah, I hear you". The mage exam arc begins!. Nittpic. As an Uruguayan as I'am, is not too different in here from what you say is that an Mexican household in that kind of things. Maybe in the last generations that things are begin to get lost as the time goes by, but when I was a child, my mother was like that.

"Any scene with Frieren and Himmel is going to kill me though. I worry I won't survive this entire series...!" *Knowing what is in season 2* Umm...keep the tissues close at hand.

Millet really crafted a perfect song for this story.

Anytime anywhere with millet is amazing they use the first part for the first half and the second part of the song for second half of the anime it’s genius

What? A cold is also a virus. Actually, it's a whole bunch of viruses; most colds are caused by rhinoviruses but other types of viruses can cause basically the same disease (coughing, fever, running nose, body aches, etc. - btw those are mostly side effects from your immune system revving up, not the virus itself). You don't catch them by being naked or cold; you catch them by putting them in your body somehow (usually by inhaling them when people cough, or putting infected fingers in your mouth or something). BTW, the rest of the season feels like kind of a weird shift at first, but once you get into it it's good.
