Lady Shenmei is despicable.

I feel bad for Suirei and I feel like Loulan does not like imitating her mother's emotions to avoid being mistreated.

What Loulan did to protect Maomao was an interesting move. You can tell that she doesn't want to put her in a position to be harmed by Shenmei.

Out of Lakan's anger, he has asked Jinshi to declare war against Shenmei.

WHAT'S GONNA HAPPEN NEXT?!?

You will have some of the answers soon, but about Lakan, it is implied that he figured out himself. In season 1, Jinshi said that Lakan seem to know his real status, so that mean he wasn't supposed too but Lakan is just built like that, just like Maomao and Luomen who all know it too, it just that Maomao gaslight herself into not knowing lol. Also, yeah, it was a mini orgy, and like Maomao said, something was mixed with the drinks so you can count that it wasn't in total consent but Shenmei ordened so... so that happenned. Final note, I find it very sweet that Loulan choose Shisui as a name because it was the one of her big sister, that show that even if she is treated poorly, Suirei have at least one person that care about and love her.

Lakan in cool-mode here!

All will be revealed with the speed of a snail. Maomao, in my mind, seems like she might be a little on the spectrum, she's pushes aside what she doesn't want to know and only focuses on what she's interested in. She's also able to connect a lot of different bits of information to create a whole.

Loulan voice actress is named Asami Seto, one my favorites. The range that she has amazed me. She can do a lot of different type of characters. In the ligth novel, the "party" at Shenmei's room is much more explicit. Sex, drugs everything you can imagine. It was toned down a lot for the anime. Nittpic. Remeber, season 3 begins this october.
