I can and I cannot believe that Aoi Yuki can morph her voice so much that it becomes so high like that. Also, how does she make the edginess in her voice without harming her vocal chords?!

The build of the electronic backtrack is great. The use of chromatics as well as 8-bit effects makes it interesting to listen to.

This was a fun one to listen to!

I should have put with the reaction, but here an exemple of Aoi Yuki speed reading, that is proof enough that she might have sing that without help from the computer to speed it up ^^'. https://youtu.be/RdCmRtMxbdY?si=nuF1YbJeYs1AAjMj But yeah, she is just built like that, her ability to play with her voice, between cute and adorable for child character, low and monotone for other, almost nasal and tomboysih for a great hero (need to share some symphogear songs in the futur) or even squeaky and trembling to play a psycho, the only rôle that she haven't really done and would want to play is the kind of "ara ara" mature women, the "mommy" type if you see what I mean, and I'm not gonna lie, I would love to see that. Also, just since I know you like video games, have you ever played Nier Automata ? Because even if I haven't played it myself, i watched a youtuber let's play of it, with the japanese voices, I can tell you that I recognised Aoi Yuki in a certain character of this game imediatly.

The seiyū (voice acting) culture in Japan is awesome. Most top ten voice actress (mostly women) has a range that make them to voice a lot of type of characters (male and female) and do things with their voice that I don't hear in the western voice actors. A lot of them also has music careers that not only sings openings and endings of animes but also "traditional" record careers. Aoi Yuuki is one of them and she is the most "different" because of the music she performs. Saori Hayami, Rie Takahashi, Kana Hanazawa, Sora Amamiya, Akari Kitou, Miku Itou and many more has music careers away from the anime industry.

The song really fits the anime and I recommend watching just for her voice, plus the anime is pretty funny. Not sure but I'm betting that some of the high pitch and high volume voices probably have some help from processing.

Aoi Yuki even amongst upper tier Japanese seiyu is especially versatile and perhaps more than a little emotionally unhinged, she's also tiny at just 4' 9". You need to check out her in the lead role of Tanya Degurechaff in The Saga of Tanya the Evil, which just started it's long awaited second season and for which she's also sung both ending songs.
