It's been way too long since I have listened to this group and man oh man, have I been missing out.

This album came out on June 26th and I am glad that I am not falling too far behind.

This track has such a great sound. I cannot believe how they made this track work with synth and keys. Did they also record the other tracks? I need to do some research!

Hebes

They are such a cool and unique band! I love how they create a mix of pop, prog rock, and even some heavier music. The live version you heard is actually a more simple setup than what they normally have. Matt, who is playing the synth keyboard in the video is usually their drummer. Jonny, who is playing the more classic-sounding keyboard in this video usually plays bass guitar and synth (the guitar sounds you heard are played by him on bass!). Lynsey usually sings and plays the keyboard. From what I've seen from some fancams of their live shows they use this instrument setup and some backing tracks to fill in some of the gaps, so that they end up sounding more like the studio version. That being said, the "Live from the Cottage" versions from that video are absolutely gorgeous, and I agree with you that it would absolutely captivate me if I saw them playing it somewhere!
