The beauty of stepping back in time with a band that is making music in this day and age is refreshing.

Bobbie Dazzle and her band have a 70's to 80's glam rock sound and I am here for it! Her vocals are powerful and strong with a Dio style vibrato and the band resonates that glam rock style.

Now, the flute playing is just awesome! I found out she plays on a Yamaha 372 with French cut keys, off-set G, and a B-footjoint. I love seeing what kind of flutes other flutists play on!

I'm glad you liked it! Bobbie Dazzle definitely has a very '70s retro sound; lots of glam, hard rock, and catchy pop. “Spotlight” is a single where she went for a more disco sound, without straying too far from her usual style. It's no surprise, then, that the B-side is a cover of ABBA's “Watch Out.” Oh, and last Friday she released her fantastic second album, “Star Power.” Go give it a listen! (and don't forget "Fandabidozi", her first one).
