I don't know what I believe when it comes to fate. I like to believe that I am fully in control of my life, but there are people who have said that my path has been chosen for me.

There are times where I say that I feel like my life has followed a path that lead me to the right people to be where I am right now, but was that my choice or was it already written?

Either way...this episode made me think about what my fate could and would possibly be.

Be, The Hero of The South. Know that you are absolutely going to die, painfully, fighting some of the most powerful demons in the Demon Kings army, do it anyway because you know you are paving the way for Himmel. 25:44 There's the meme.😂 If you don't know, on r/Frieren they made a meme about trying to draw Frieren looking up with some hilariously bad results.

I want to take you back to episode 6 of season 1, in my comment under your reaction i said : "Small thing, it's good to rewatch the show with you, because I notice something that I haven't before, they talk about something in this episode, that has been not talked about until the season two, so I'm amazed that it was planted so much before, when it happen in season two, I believed it was something totally new, but no, there is the first mention of it here ^^." What i reffered here, was the mention of the hero of the south. Yep, in the episode were Stark fight the dragon, you had a flashback when you see Frieren making shaved ice with her magic, Eisen talk about not waisting time because the hero of the south was defeated. It is so fun to see that coming back here, but i will say it again, after so many episode, it is easy to not notice that, so a rewatch (or us commenting), is good for that kind of thing ^^.

Hero of the South is the GOAT. A true hero but I want to bring up something in the later half of the episode. The heroes party had to get to the peak of the Schwer mountains to get the heirloom sword back the first time. To put it in perspective how far that is from their current location… Frieren was last there in episode 11 when they met with Kraft 😂 no wonder Frieren holds a grudge against this ruling family. However, the current Graf seems much more chill compared to his great grandfather.

Hero of the South was also mentioned in episode 6 during a flashback when Eisen was pissed they were wasting their time getting silly spells and said HOTS was the strongest but killed by the seven sages. Himmel was like bruh, would you prefer a painful journey? 😂
