Hail and well met ya turkeys. On Friday (8/23) we published a Rewinder on YouTube covering a very absurd upset that you should probably watch before diving into this. It's the story of Indiana vs. Penn State back in 2020, a very odd season within a sport known for oddities.

If you don't feel like watching that and are just into listening to Steven Godfrey, Clara Morris, and Will Buikema prattle on about what happened after the episode took place, or our grand thoughts on Rewinder in general, well hey - kudos to you. You must be REALLY bored.

0:00 - intro and bull shitting

3:31 - the play in question

4:30 - Godfrey talking about the result

12:20 - 2020 for Penn State and in college football

16:25 - the saddest happy for Indiana and its butterfly effect

24:24 - kinda off the rails and just talking about Rewinder in general

The Dorktown Falcons series got me into American football and as a falcons fan. It was a fun surprise to get the Rewinder and this podcast giving some more context to Michael Penix Jr's backstory. Hoping he kills it in ATL when he gets his chance. I can also say that the video had the intended effect. When you finally saw the play, I audibly said something to the effect of "I don't know... Is he in? I don't know that he's in. He must have been, or we wouldn't be here." The moment probably wouldn't have been as effective if you'd immediately started litigating it.

Who's Penn State's biggest rival? The Attorney General. The answer damn near ended me

The 1995 mariners rewinder sorely missed Dave Niehaus’ call.
