HOLY CRAP this is amazing!

Thank you for your comment! The preview I shared shows the sculpting stage of the model. There is still the articulation process and testing left to ensure the model works properly. Later in the process I’ll be able to give a more specific release date, but for now I can say that this model will be available this month.

One question. If I download the model, can I print it? Because I've come across several models that were optimized for bamboo printers, and are unprintable in other slicers, or only in a stupid form, before I put my money into it.

OriginalToys3D

Thank you for your question! All my models, when downloaded, include STL files and generic 3MF files. The 3MF file is prepared to work in any slicer that supports multicolor 3MF, and it is not optimized or restricted to any specific printer brand. In addition, the STL version is provided separated into parts, so you can print them individually and assemble them afterward if you prefer that workflow. If you want to make sure my models fit your printing setup before committing, you can try purchasing one from my Cults3D store: 👉 https://cults3d.com/en/users/OriginalToys3D/3d-models This way you can check compatibility without paying extra. If you find them useful, you can then subscribe to my Patreon, either as a personal user or as an authorized seller if you wish to sell your printed models. By subscribing to Patreon, you also get additional benefits such as 50% discount codes for my stores and early access to my latest designs. If you have any other questions, I’ll be happy to help 😊

Thank you, but it turned out that the new version of the Orca slicer I've been using for several years is a piece of junk. After several hours of trying and trying the slicer, I managed to solve the problem, just as I wanted, with the model, there is no problem. But it's annoying that the problem is caused by something you wouldn't even think of. Thanks for the help.

Nearly any model, can be printed on any printer, using any slicer. It comes down to learning how to work with STL, and 3MF files properly, in your chosen slicer. That said, I have printed these Dino's on: Creality CR-M4. Bambu X1C, Creality K1, Creality Ender 5 Max, Bambu P1S, Creality K2+, Creality Ender 3 V3+

My son is waiting on this one! Can you make the long arms bend at the elbow? Some extra articulation to get around the small arms in the front?

OriginalToys3D

Hi, I’m really glad to hear that your son is looking forward to the Drex. For now, it’s not possible to make that change, as the design is quite advanced and will be ready soon. However, later on I will try to make an update to add an extra articulation at the elbows of the front arms in order to provide greater mobility.

OriginalToys3D

It will be available no later than January 26, 2026, and most likely before that.
