Hello everyone!

The Distortulus Rex (D-Rex) is now available!

D-Rex is a distorted and more aggressive variant of the classic T-Rex. Its twisted anatomy and exaggerated proportions give it an intimidating and monstrous appearance.

📂 This model can be printed in three versions:

Files for printing (3MF):

For printing on AMS Bambu Lab printers.

Files for printing and assembly (STL):

A version for printing the parts separately in different colors and then assembling them. Suitable for printers that do not have a multicolor system.

Files for quick, glue-free printing and assembly (STL):

Designed to print in a single material, a single color, or with multicolor PLA. This version is easier and faster to assemble. It includes a connector to secure the belly in place, eliminating the need for glue and providing a more comfortable and practical assembly.

Before printing, remember to check the included “3D Printing Parameters” file.

Thank you for your support! Enjoy printing the articulated D-Rex!

I just wish the join wasn't so pronounced in his head

the conection between the neck and head is very loose. It should be like that?

Hi, the connector between the neck and the head should be firmly secured. Maybe in your case the connector may have fractured. Check that the connector is not broken; try removing the part and see if it is damaged. If it is fractured, make sure to print the part with at least 2 walls and 15% infill. Also try using a grid infill pattern. If the issue is not a broken part, try printing a 20 × 20 × 20 mm cube and measure it. If the dimensions do not match, the machine probably needs calibration. If these suggestions do not solve the problem, please send images of the issue to originaltoys3d@hotmail.com so I can assist you further.
