Project files and experiments

Tutorial scene is at:

tutorial\2 post-effect\tut_post_effect.tscn

This is the same project as the 4.5 feature so there is a lot of experiments and tests in the stencil folders.

Quite a few a incomplete or hidden, but they are there if you want to take a look.

PS: The table model has flipped normals, so don't use trimesh generation with it.
