“Cas, a progress update at the start of the week? Are you okay?!”Yes, I am, and actually, I bring good news: LUFA IS COMPLETE.But hold on, I’m not releasing it just yet. I need to run a very thorough beta test, because the last thing I need is a game-breaking bug showing up in such an important update. My eyes are already too used to the project, I know something always slips by, but I won’t make life easy for those damn bugs!

About the ending

I followed what you chose in the poll: one true ending instead of multiple endings.However, I added a little plus, the game will show the consequences of some key decisions you made throughout the playthrough, giving each player a sense of individuality.

About Steam

This is the not-so-good part. The demo I was planning to release in December wasn’t just rejected, it was banned, with the reviewer claiming it takes place in a “high school,” clearly mistaking the university events for a regular school.I obviously appealed, but the chances of getting the demo unbanned are like 1% or less. My appeal is mainly to get permission to submit the main game, for which I will remove all university-related events in the Steam version only.

Don’t worry, the Patreon version stays untouched. This was just a misunderstanding from the reviewer; LUFA has zero adult content involving school settings or underage characters. But Steam is an important step, so I’ll make this adjustment only for that platform, as long as they allow me to submit the main game without triggering another automatic rejection.
