Good Morning
It’s one of those perfect mornings where the light hits just right, and I can feel the day starting before I even open the blinds.
I’ve been thinking lately about how much our pace changes the way we see the world. When I move too fast, I miss the beauty that’s right in front of me—sunlight, coffee steam, the sound of waves between buildings.
Slow mornings remind me that gratitude isn’t something you wait to feel—it’s something you notice. And something you decide to experience
May you find your pace today, whatever that looks like.

Out And About
Just me out today. Me, my tripod, and the backup remote with the newly delivered battery.
When I stop to think about it, there is something to be said that it’s easier to go on Amazon and type in a battery code than it is to go to the drugstore or department store and sift through the racks.
By waiting for the delivery, I saved myself the time and effort of making a shopping run. No hassle. No getting dressed. Just pushing keys and clicking links!
It feels like a win.
And it feels like a loss.
More and more we are distancing ourselves from the people around us—not our close friends and family, but the shopkeepers, merchants, and clerks of our world.
I know back in Lowell, Dad KNEW the pharmacist. I KNEW the kids from school that worked at McDonalds, Burger King, and KFC. When they came to Strack’s they KNEW me!
People used to KNOW their mechanics, the clerks at the hardware stores, and even in places like Dollar General.
Then 2020 happened, and we all went online. And when the masks came off, the physical distances between us that had become habits may have returned to normal, but how about socially?
I don’t know… I go to the department stores and hardly can find a person working who seems interested in helping me. So I sift through the battery display, give up, go home, and order online.
Just me thinking…
So now I’ll pick up my tripod and move on. Another block then back to the condos for some work.
I’ll check in tonight, of course… See you then!
Good Night
It’s been a calm, easy day, and I’m grateful for that. Now, I’m winding down.
You can thank Amazon Prime and the delivered battery for my camera remote for this image. It’s not perfect—on afterthought, I think I was lazy with the blanket, but didn’t notice until I had it in Photoshop—but it’s finished. Done beats perfect? I suppose…
The week seems to have flown by! Tomorrow and Friday are already planned out.
We got our official appointment for the condo closing—Thursday morning. Dad and Grammy are still busy boxing things up even though it’s only a few blocks away. I get it though. Packing has a way of making transition feel real and it certainly helps the moving process!
Friday, we’re doing a photoshoot for the sea salt company. It will be fun and pay some bills!
As for now, I’m ready to rest. Warm blanket, quiet thoughts, and a good night’s peace.
May peace and contentment fill all your moments.
Good night.
Be your best you!

"Thank You" Message to Paying Supporters:
Thank you very much for your help underwriting the cost of producing AGI Stories content. You can be sure that your paid membership is valued greatly! At the time of this post, not counting hardware, AGI Stories racks up expenses of just at $100 per month.
Patreon members… You are covering a nice portion of that.
I believe most of you who help with the costs are doing so because you want to support the production process and show your encouragement. That means so much to me! I am honored and greatly moved.
While most of the content on AGI Stories is free and much of it is public, the hope is that reserving a few pictures and small sections of the post for you is a modest indication of gratitude!
Again, thank you very, very much.
