THE LONG GAME by Emma Knox

Well, the week has ended. I feel good about what I did. School is going well.

Kingborough runs on a different schedule than you might think. Right now, I’m in a twelve-week term that started in March and goes until June 12. Then there’s a six-week June-July term after that.

Noah’s gonna take some refresher courses and then start his paramedic training as soon as possible.

We both think we need to look ahead and, if we have a future with each other, be as prepared as we can be for a good life. I guess we’ve sort of talked about that already, so I’ll let it go.

Things around Crossroads have been busy. The work across the street goes on continually, except on Sunday. They even work a lot of nights. Hannah says they are on schedule and that the second-floor micro apartments are almost done.

She says work on the other two floors is going well, too, and is on schedule. I know she and Merritt are really proud of what they are doing. Liza says journaling it all is amazing and really is going to add a lot to her senior project.

I’ll get to a senior project someday. But today, I gotta get to class!

Message to Paying Supporters:

Thank you for helping support AGI Stories.

I always consider you—the paid members—when deciding how content is shared.

I believe that most of you who help with the costs do so because you want to support the production process and show encouragement. I’m honored and truly grateful.

At the time of this post (not counting hardware or internet costs), expenses run just over $100 per month—so every supporter truly makes a difference.

Nevertheless, I share a lot of content free to all. I believe you understand why. Stories about giving back and helping shouldn’t be exclusive, and key moments need to be accessible for anyone following the stories.

My hope is that sharing a few exclusive photos and small portions of some posts with you serves as a simple expression of gratitude.

With that in mind, again, thank you very much.

THE LONG GAME by Emma Knox. Hello, Emma. Yes, playing the long game is a wise-beyond-your-years move. Both of you. So, kudos for that. Just keep your eyes open and lean into the relationship to ensure it is still the right thing and, if so, moving forward. Don't let it go stale. Thumbs up on school progress. Hello to Noah, also. Thanks for your update. Take care.
