So what's really the best British savoury food? There's a LOT of food on the pyramid from my video today so I've picked a handful!

What's your favourite??

Steve Mikre

I would be surprised if anyone did not vote for Sunday Roast...

David Young

Agree - chippy chips soooo much better than oven chips (damn this healthy eating!)

Arthur Gatward

Torn between fish and chips and a full english, went for fish and chips.

Andrew

I didn't vote for it. It was just never something we did in my house so doesn't have the same meaning as it has for a lot of others.

Chris S..

I actually spent more deliberating over this than I did about who to vote for in an election, which car to buy, whether to change career path, or many other vital life decisions. In the end it came down to which would i enjoy even if it was a poor example of the dish.....

Don Swanson

The choice wasn't there, but prefer a Full Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 to a Full English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 So I went for Fish and Chips 😆😆 Haggis on its own!?!? Need the Neeps and Tatties along with it 😆😆😆 Not watched the video yet, but survey is interesting.

Malcolm Lawrence

My God that's so hard. Full English in the end because I only ever have it when I'm not at home so it's a rare treat, but I could make a case for plenty of others too.

Mark Walsh

Yep full English just because it is what it is..Set you up for the day .Having a bad day at work when you get in .Full English.. It's just comfort food..

Dave Elkington

Full English WITH Black Pudding obviously.

Don Swanson

@Russell Hart either Lorne, Square Sausage or Square Slice, depending where you live 😉 but aye your right. @Adventure and Naps A full Scottish is like a Full English, but with an added Haggis Slice, Lorne and a Tattie Scone extra and is served with either Tea or Coffee and toast 😉😆😉😆

I grew up on the mouth of the Thames River, but jellied eels - nope!
